The Consulat de la Boirie offers many options: set dinner menu, buffet dinner, dinner under the trees, speed-chocolating, cocktails, dancing, medianoche, pool party, picnic, business meeting, soiree in the large drawing room, pastoral tea…

 

Layout and furnishing

Interior spaces (without terraces and gardens):

  • 2 rooms: 60 m² (reception room) and 90 m² (drawing room) with 5 m ceiling height
  • Receptions (standing) limited to 100 people (reception room + drawing room)
  • Banquet Setting (seated): 80 people (reception room + drawing room)

The drawing room is wired for sound, has a large LCD screen, a stage floodlight, a large fireplace…

Reception room and drawing room are naturally illuminated (but can be made totally dark, if necessary).

Large kitchen and utility room with high specification appliences, available to caterer.

Terraces and gardens that can accommodate tents and pergolas.

Available:

  • ADSL, computer, scanner and color printer
  • Large LCD Screen
  • Video projector with screen
  • Lighted parking (the lot is enclosed by an automatic wrought iron gate)


The Consulat de la Boirie is in the process of getting the regulatory approvals necessary to organize these activities as an Etablissement Recevant du Public (Organizations Receiving the Public) ERP level 5, category L; and to comply with technical standards for safety against fire from the Service Départemental d’Incendie et de Secours (Fire and Rescue Department), and as regards rules of accessibility for persons with disabilities from the Direction Départementale de l’Equipement et de l’Agriculture (Departmental Directorate of Equipment and Agriculture).

For the disabled or persons with reduced mobility, all outdoor areas are accessible as there are natural or artificial ramps available. Furthermore, the reception rooms are on the same level, on the ground floor.

Corporate Meetings: Green seminars

We think better in a peaceful setting and a pleasant atmosphere. Management seminars and/or training sessions (for up to 15 people) in the reception room (70 m²), which is fully equipped for business meetings. Customised entertainment options and breaks in a lovely setting. One-day packages organised with breakfast on arrival, a buffet lunch, 2 coffee breaks (€ 150 per person per day)

Office, rehearsal space, Total VIP Room... Several annex spaces are available - exclusively - for hosts of the event and officials of the organization.

The Consulate has negotiated partnerships with bed and breakfast establishments (mills, residences and castles) and nearby boutique hotels which are licensed to offer overnight stays depending on the number of participants present.


Private Receptions: Consular Parties

Festive celebrations (weddings, civil partnerships, christenings, birthday...), institutional events or consular balls for up to 100 people maximum.

Boudoir, dressing room and makeup, office space ... Several annex spaces are available - exclusively - for hosts of the ceremony and officials of the organization.

Opportunity to attend ceremonial Consulate events: flag raising, micronational anthem, micronational dance, a parade of the guard, talk on micronational politics or poetry from the 1st, 2nd or 3rd consul, official presentation to the muse of etiquette and elegance ... For space rental (excluding special services): consult us.
